The India-spec version of the Seltos facelift gets a few changes over the international version. The design for LED headlamps and DRLs has also been tweaked, with the latter integrated into the grille. The are no changes along the sides apart from the dual-tone 18-inch alloy wheels. At the back, the new Seltos gets downward-facing tail lamps connected by a light bar.

Inside, the Kia Seltos facelift gets a 10.25-inch twin-screen infotainment system with Android Auto/Apple CarPlay support and a digital driver display. The petrol can be paired with a 6-speed manual or a CVT gearbox. The diesel engine gets the option of a 6-speed iMT or a 6-speed automatic gearbox.
