Inside, the new Grecale gets an octagonal steering wheel. It comes in perforated leather and Alcantara finishes. The digital clock on the dashboard has a mineral crystal dial and a metal bezel. The gear selector has metallic backlit buttons. The dashboard houses a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system and an 8.8-inch climate control display. The Modena V6 has 14-way adjustable front seats, while the top-spec Trofeo variant gets a panoramic sunroof.

Folgore

No changes have been made under the hood of the Maserati Grecale facelift. The entry-level variant is powered by a 2-litre, 4-cylinder, mild-hybrid, turbo petrol engine that generates a maximum power output of 300Nm and 450Nm of torque. This engine also does duty on the Modena variant, where it produces 330hp and 450Nm. The Modena V6 is powered by Maserati’s 3-litre Nettuno V6 engine that produces a maximum power output of 390hp and 500Nm of torque. The top-spec Trofeo variant is powered by the same engine, but churns out 530hp and 620Nm.

Final Thoughts

The outgoing version of the Maserati Grecale used to closely rival the ICE Porsche Macan in India. Since the latter is no longer on sale in the country, Maserati’s luxury SUV is left without any direct rivals. Its all-electric version, Folgore, rivals the Porsche Macan EV in India.
