Maruti Suzuki Fronx CNG: What’s on offer?
The CNG variants of the Maruti Suzuki Fronx are based on the 1.2L petrol variants. This engine produces a maximum power output of 77.5hp and 98.5Nm of torque in a CNG guise. In a petrol configuration, this engine produces 90hp and 113Nm. The Fronx CNG delivers a mileage of 28.51 km/kg. Like all of Maruti’s CNG offerings, the Fronx CNG is offered in just a 5-speed manual transmission option.
There are no changes to the design of the CNG variant of the Maruti Suzuki Fronx. The boot of the vehicle stores the fuel cylinder, which eats into the bootspace. The SUV stands at dimensions of 3,995mm x 1,550mm x 1.765mm. It borrows a lot of its SUV elements from the Grand Vitara. This includes its upright nose and the split headlamp setup.
Since the Maruti Suzuki Fronx CNG is only offered in entry-level Sigma and Delta trims, it gets limited features. These include a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, SmartPlay Pro support, automatic climate control, and steering-mounted controls. It gets safety features like dual airbags and reverse parking sensors.
