Toyota Motor India has introduced a new ‘Festival Limited Edition’ for the Urban Cruiser HyRyder SUV. The limited edition gets ornamental updates in the form of cosmetic accessories for the interior and the exterior. The special edition is based on the G and V trims of the Toyota Urban Cruiser HyRyder. Prices for the SUV start at Rs 14.49 lakh and go up to Rs 20 lakh.

Toyota Urban Cruiser HyRyder: Everything you need to know about the Festival Limited Edition

The new Festival Limited Edition of the Toyota Urban Cruiser HyRyder gets the Toyota Genuine Accessories (TGA) package. This package consists of 13 specially designed accessories for the exterior and interior of the SUV. The exterior accessories include a mudflap, door visor (Premium with SS Insert), front and rear bumper garnish, headlamp garnish, hood emblem, body cladding, fender garnish, rear door lid garnish, and door chrome handle. Interior accessories include an all-weather 3D floor mat, leg room lamp, and a digital video recorder.

Things remain the same under the hood for the limited edition of the Toyota Urban Cruiser HyRyder. The mild hybrid variants are powered by Maruti Suzuki’s 1.5L K15C petrol engine that can generate a power of 101bhp and 135Nm of torque. The strong-hybrid sports a 1.5L engine with a Toyota Hybrid System. The petrol engine generates up to 91bhp power with 122Nm of torque, with the electric motor producing up to 79bhp power with 141Nm of torque. It is also equipped with a 177.6V lithium-ion battery. Toyota claims a mileage of 27.97 kmpl for the strong hybrid setup of the Urban Cruiser HyRyder.

The limited edition will be made across all Toyota dealerships in the country until October 31. The price of the TGA package adds up to Rs 50,817, but it is available for free for a limited time period. The Toyota Urban Cruiser HyRyder rivals the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Volkswagen Taigun, and Skoda Kushaq.
