Prices for Mahindra XUV300 TurboSport hiked by up to Rs 43,000

Mahindra has hiked the prices for its compact SUV, the Mahindra XUV300 TurboSport, by up to Rs 43,000. The XUV300 TurboSport is available in three different variants. The SUV was updated to meet the new RDE norms back in March. Upon its launch in October 2022, the SUV was priced at Rs 10.35 lakh. Prices for the XUV300 TurboSport now start at Rs 10.71 lakh.

Mahindra XUV300 TurboSport: Here are what the new prices look like

As mentioned earlier, the Mahindra XUV300 TurboSport is available in three variants. The W8 (O) variant of the SUV gets the highest price hike of Rs 43,000. The W8 Dual Tone variant receives the smallest hike among all variants, an increment of Rs 34,000. Here’s what the updated pricelist for the XUV300 TurboSport looks like.

Under the hood, Mahindra XUV300 TurboSport is powered by a 1.2-litre three-cylinder, direct-injection, turbo petrol engine that can produce a maximum power of 131hp and 230Nm peak torque. This engine is paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox. This makes the XUV300 TurboSport the most powerful compact SUV in its category. The existing XUV300 lineup is powered by a 1.5-litre diesel engine that produces a maximum power of 115hp and a 1.2-litre petrol engine that generates 110hp. 

Other features include an electric sunroof, projector headlamps, dual-zone climate control, and a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The SUV is also equipped with safety features like 6 airbags, front and rear parking sensors, all-wheel disc brakes, and hill assist.

Conclusion

The XUV300 TurboSport is available in four colour options, three of which are dual-tone schemes – bronze with black roof, white with black roof, black with white roof, and a monotone bronze colour. The SUV rivals the likes of Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Renault Kiger, Nissan Magnite, and Tata Nexon.
