2022 Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Launched In India: Comes In 3 New Colours

Royal Enfield launched its 2022 Meteor 350 in India recently. The all-new 2022 Royal Enfield Meteor 350 now gets offered in 3 new colour options but with the same mechanical specifications. Its entry-level Fireball variant will be offered in blue and matte green colour options while its top-spec Supernova trim will be offered in the new Red colour. 

The manufacturer of the homegrown cruiser motorcycle announced that it will be available in its new colourways from this year April 20th onwards. Moreover, the 2022 Royal Enfield Meteor 350 has been reported to have undergone a price hike as well. All 3 variants of the motorbike have become costlier by Rs 4,224. Not just the Meteor 350, but there has been a price hike noticed in other models like Scram 411 and the Himalayan as well.

The 2022 Meteor 350’s Fireball variant which is blue in colour comes with a glossy blue finished fuel tank with a yellow badging. The engravings on its side panel as well as the rim tapes are also highlighted in yellow, giving the model an appealing contrast. The matte green coloured Fireball variant also sports green coloured rim tape on its front and rear black alloy wheels. However, it has black coloured brand engraving on its fuel tank along with green stickers on its side panel. The engine area gets a black finishing across all colour variants while the circular halogen headlamp has a chrome casing.

The Supernova trim of the 2022 Royal Enfield Meteor 350 gains a dual-tone theme in red and black. The side panels also sport a matching colour scheme. Coming to its mechanical specifications, the 2022 Meteor 350 powertrain options remain unchanged. It is powered by a 349cc single-cylinder air and oil-cooled SOHC four-stroke engine. It delivers a maximum output of 20.2hp at 6,100rpm and 27Nm of peak torque at 4,000rpm. It comes with a 5-speed transmission. The Royal Enfield Meteor 350 is said to be the first motorbike model which underpins a new twin-cradle chassis with the J-series engine platform. 

The 2022 Royal Enfield Meteor 350 price starts from Rs 2,05,844 for its Fireball trim, Rs 2,11,924 for the Stellar trim and Rs 2,22,061 for the Supernova trim (ex-showroom, Chennai). The premium motorcycle will be seen locking horns with Yezdi Roadster amongst others.
