Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has unveiled an exclusive ‘Prestige Package’ for the Urban Cruiser SUV. This package is available for all variants of the Toyota Urban Cruiser HyRyder. This includes petrol and hybrid powertrains. This package consists solely of exterior accessories. The automaker has not revealed its pricing publicly, but buyers can enquire about it at Toyota dealerships.

The Premium Package for Toyota Urban Cruiser HyRyder consists of cosmetic accessories for the exterior of the SUV. Here is the list of accessories and enhancements that come with the package:
The Premium Package does not add any cosmetic or instrumentation upgrades to the interior of the Toyota Urban Cruiser HyRyder. The midsize SUV was recently updated with an 8-way adjustable driver’s seat, a rear door sunshade, ambient lighting, ventilated front seating, 15W fast-charging USB Type-C ports, LED spot and reading lamps, an AQI display, a new speedometer, and a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS).
Other key features of the SUV include a 9.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a digital instrument cluster, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, a 360-degree camera, ventilated front seats, connected car tech, wireless charging, and more.
Under the hood, the Toyota Urban Cruiser HyRyder is powered by Maruti Suzuki’s 1.5L K15C petrol engine. This engine can generate a maximum power output of 101hp and 135Nm of torque. The strong-hybrid variants sport a 1.5L engine with the Toyota Hybrid System. The petrol engine produces up to 91hp power with 122Nm of torque, with the electric motor producing up to 79hp and 141Nm. The hybrid SUV is equipped with a 177.6V lithium-ion battery. Toyota claims a mileage of 27.97 kmpl for the strong hybrid setup.

Prices for the Toyota Urban Cruiser HyRyder start at Rs 11.34 lakh and go up to Rs 19.99 lakh. The SUV breezed past the 1 lakh sales landmark in November 2024. In India, it rivals the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Volkswagen Taigun, Honda Elevate, Citroen C3 Aircross, and Skoda Kushaq.
