Tata Unveils Its Concept CURVV Electric SUV 2024: A Sporty Futuristic Coupe Body

Tata Motors showcased today their brand-new electric SUV design, the Concept Curvv, to the Indian markets. The Concept Curve introduces India to a unique, sporty and elegant coupe body design which the Indian auto giant brings in an SUV avatar. The Coupe body design has been prevalent only in the high-end luxury segment cars in the past, which is now being trickled down to the lower segments as well. The Concept Curvv will first enter the market as a product within the company’s Electric Vehicle (EV) portfolio which will be subsequently followed by its ICE counterpart. The all-new Concept Curvv Electric SUV is expected to be launched by 2024.

According to Mr Shailesh Chandra, the Managing Director of Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd. and Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Ltd., the previous fiscal year has been nothing less than magical for the company. Coming with the design philosophy “Less is More”, the Concept Curvv Electric SUV is Tata Motor’s rendition of a progressive and modern SUV with a minimalistic design language. The primary highlights of the all-new electric SUV include its chunky exteriors, sloping roofline, and a futuristic infotainment system and digital cluster unit that make its “Less is More” philosophy loud and clear. Adding to its spacious character would be a panoramic glass roof making the cabin airier and full of light. Moreover, the Generation 2 EV architecture on which the new Concept Curvv is based will be flexible and capable of offering multi-powertrain options. Further details about the same are yet to be revealed by the brand.

The Tata Concept Curvv price in India is expected to be around Rs 20 lakhs.
