Towards the end of 2023, automakers across the board announced fresh price hikes for the new year. Toyota Innova HyCross is the first car to officially revise its prices. The base variant of the MPV is now dearer by Rs 10,000 while other variants get a uniform price hike of Rs 42,000. New prices for the HyCross start at Rs 19.77 lakh and go up to Rs 30.68 lakh. Expect more MPVs and midsize SUVs to become costlier this month.Â

Toyota Innova HyCross is available in five variants – GX, VX, VX(O), ZX, and ZX(O). Here is what the new price list for the MPV looks like.

Inside, the Toyota Innova HyCross gets a 10.1-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system which comes with smartphone mirroring and connected car tech. There’s also an option of a dual-tone interior theme or an all-black theme. The MPV is available in 7 and 8-person seating options. The top-spec ZX and ZX (O) trims are only available in 7-seater configurations.
One of the most talked about aspects of the Toyota Innova HyCross is its safety tech. The MPV gets Toyota’s ADAS package, dubbed the Toyota Safety Sense. This package includes features like Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Lane Departure Alert (LDA), Automatic High Beam (AHB), and Road Sign Assist (RSB). Other features on the MPV include wireless charging, a 360-degree camera, a panoramic sunroof, ambient lighting, climate control, cruise control, individual digital screens for rear passengers, and much more.
Powering the Toyota Innova HyCross is a 2.0-litre petrol engine. Paired with fifth-gen strong hybrid tech (M20A FXS) this engine can produce a combined power of 186hp. The non-hybrid variants of the HyCross produce 170hp and 205Nm. Both engine variants are paired to an automatic gearbox. There is no option for a manual transmission. Hybrid variants of the HyCross offer a mileage of 23.24 kmpl, whereas the non-hybrid variants put up 16.13 kmpl.
