TVS Ntorq 125 Race XP: Features, Engine, and more
The TVS Ntorq series has set the benchmark for advanced connectivity in scooters with its TVS SmartXonnect technology paired with the exclusive TVS Connect mobile app. The TVS Ntorq 125 Race XP expands the interactive experience by bringing in a new ‘Voice Assist’ feature which enables customers to engage with the scooter through voice commands. The TVS Connect app can now accept up to 15 unique voice commands through any listening device connected via Bluetooth. These 15 voice commands cover all the basic functions ranging from launching navigation mode to switching ride modes. The TVS Connect has been updated with a refreshed UI & UX, and now features a ride mode-based live dashboard that complements the user’s riding style. The Bike Overview section has been updated as well, and now allows the rider to look at the graphical representation of performance parameters. Customers can now also save addresses in the navigation function.
The design of the 125cc scooter has been inspired by that of a stealth aircraft, according to TVS. The Ntorq 125 sports a sharp, aggressive look, and comes with a signature headlamp and LED tail lamps. On top of that, the scooter gets a race-inspired colour theme and graphics. The Race XP branding can also be found on the body panels. The red wheels also add to the sporty look of the scooter.
Coming to the mechanics, the TVS Ntorq 125 Race XP features a Race Tuned Fuel Engine (RT-Fi) that produces a maximum power of 10.2 PS and 10.8 Nm peak torque. The Ntorq 125 Race XP is the first 125cc scooter in Nepal to offer more than 10 PS power. Customers can switch between ‘Race Mode’ and ‘Street Mode’ with the flick of a switch. The Race Mode is meant for an ideal performance on the highways, offering a top speed of 98 kmph.
