2023 Suzuki Hayabusa Comes In New Colour Variants For The US Market

Suzuki Motorcycle has introduced colour updates in its popular sports motorbike Hayabusa for the upcoming year. The 2023 Suzuki Hayabusa will come in 3 new colours. But the new colour options will be offered in only the US market for now. Apart from getting colour upgrades, there hasn’t been any other change officially confirmed by the brand that the motorcycle uplift will receive. 

The three new colour schemes that the 2023 Suzuki Hayabusa will sport include Pearl Vigour Blue with Pearl Brilliant White, Metallic Matte Black with Glass Sparkle Black, and Metallic Thunder Grey with Candy Daring Red.

There are no mechanical changes on the bike. It continues to source power from the 1,340cc four-stroke, fuel-injected, liquid-cooled DOHC inline-four engine. It delivers a maximum power of 187bhp at 9,700rpm along with 150Nm of peak torque at 7,000rpm. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox and the standard two-way quick shifter. 

The features that the 2023 Suzuki Hayabusa comes with include a six-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU), ride-by-wire throttle, launch control, ABS and cruise control. Under the Suzuki Intelligent Ride System, the motorbike offers three riding modes and three user-defined modes. Moreover, a wide range of settings is provided for traction control, anti-lift control, engine brake control, and more. Adding to this, the new Hayabusa comes with a low RPM assist function, active speed limiter, and hill/slope control as safety features. Like its predecessor, the 2023 Hayabusa comes riding on Bridgestone Battlasx Hypersport S22 tyres.

In the US, the 2023 Suzuki Hayabusa comes at a price of USD 18,799 (INR 14.6 lakhs approx.). In India, the current-gen model of the bike is priced at Rs 16.41 lakhs (ex-showroom). The new colour options are expected to hit the Indian markets as well. However, it is yet to be confirmed by the company.
