Maruti Suzuki inaugurated its 3,000th Arena sales outlet in Ludhiana today. The automaker’s ‘Arena’ dealerships span over 2,500 cities across the country. The ‘Arena’ dealership was rebranded in 2017, in a bid to make it a more youthful and modern destination, evolving with the ongoing trends. Maruti Suzuki retails its affordable cars through the Arena outlets, leaving the more premium offerings for the Nexa dealerships.

Combining the Arena, Nexa, and other commercial channels, Maruti Suzuki has a total of 3,880 touchpoints in India, covering over 2,500 cities.
Commemorating the milestone, Mr. Hisashi Takeuchi, Managing Director & CEO, Maruti Suzuki India Limited said, “Crossing the milestone of 3,000 ARENA sales outlets shows our constant endeavour to be closer to our customers to offer a delightful buying experience. I would like to extend my congratulations to the teams at Maruti Suzuki and our dealer partners. Through our ARENA channel, we offer a range of vehicles for our customers across over 2,500 cities. In FY 2023-24, we sold close to 12 lakh vehicles through our ARENA channel. I thank our customers for their continued trust and faith in brand Maruti Suzuki.”
The latest addition to the Arena portfolio is the next-gen Swift hatchback. It sports an updated look, featuring an edgy design for the headlamps and fog lamps. Under the hood, the Swift rocks a new 1.2-litre 3-cylinder Z12E engine that produces a maximum power output of 80hp and 112Nm of torque. This engine can be mated to a 5-speed manual or AMT gearbox.
In terms of features, the new Swift has a floating 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 4.2-inch instrument cluster, wireless charging, a Head-up Display, automatic climate control, rear AC vents, push start/stop, and more. Standard safety features include six airbags, Electronic Stability Program+, Hill Hold Assist, an Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist, and 3-point seat belts for all seats with reminders.
