The two SUVs get a new front facia on their facelift models. A sleek light bar runs across the wide grille while the split LED headlamps are placed in C-shaped housings. Tata Safari, being the automaker’s flagship SUV gets a more pronounced grille and edgier headlamps. The housings for the headlamps are positioned a bit higher on the Safari.

The interior of the two SUVs is inspired by the Tata Curvv and Avinya concept cars. Tata’s signature four-spoke steering with an illuminated logo makes an appearance on the Safari and Harrier facelifts after making its debut on the Nexon facelift. There are two size options for the touchscreen infotainment system – 10.25-inch and 12.3-inch. There is a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster onboard as well. Other features include a 10-speaker JBL sound system, paddle shifters, wireless charging, a panoramic sunroof, a 360-degree camera, and an ADAS package.

Things remain the same under the hood as the two SUVs continue to be powered by the 2.0-litre diesel engine from the outgoing models. This diesel engine produces a maximum power output of 170hp and 350Nm of torque. It can be mated to manual and automatic gearboxes. The Safari and Harrier facelifts also get 3 terrain modes (Normal, Rough, Wet) and 3 driving modes (Eco, City, Sport).
