Maruti Suzuki is offering discounts of up to Rs 83,000 for the following cars – Grand Vitara, Fronx, Jimny, Ignis, Baleno, and Ciaz. These discounts are available on the unsold MY2023 stock throughout the month of February. The automaker has also launched a special ‘Velocity Edition’ for the turbo-petrol variants of the Fronx.

Maximum Discount: Rs 75,000
Hybrid variants (MY2023) of the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara get a discount package worth Rs 75,000. The MY2024 units of the midsize SUV get an exchange offer worth Rs 50,000. The petrol variants get discounts in the range of Rs 45,000 (MY2023) and Rs 30,000 (MY2024).
Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara is available in two engine variants – a 1.5-litre K15C petrol engine with mild hybrid technology and Toyota’s 1.5-litre TNGA petrol engine with a strong hybrid system. The former puts out 103hp and 137Nm, while the latter produces 92hp and 137Nm by itself and 115hp and 137Nm in a strong hybrid setup. The electric motor alone produces a maximum power of 80hp with 141Nm peak torque.
Maximum Discount: Rs 83,000
Turbo petrol variants of MY2023 Fronx get a maximum discount of up to Rs 83,000. This includes a cash offer worth Rs 30,000 and an exchange bonus of up to Rs 10,000. The non-turbo variants get a cash discount of Rs 10,000 and another Rs 10,000 in exchange benefits. MY2024 units of the Fronx only get Rs 10,000 off in exchange benefits.
The Fronx is available in two powertrain options. The 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine can produce a maximum power output of 100hp and 147Nm of torque. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual gearbox or a 6-speed torque converter automatic. Also on offer is the 1.2-litre K Series naturally aspirated petrol engine that can produce a maximum power output of 90hp and 113Nm peak torque. This engine can also be mated to a 5-speed manual or automatic gearbox.
Maximum Discount: Rs 1.50 lakh
Top-spec Alpha variants of Maruti’s lifestyle SUV get a maximum discount package worth Rs 1.50 lakh. Meanwhile, the Zeta variants get Rs 50,000 off. Under the hood, the Jimny is powered by Maruti’s K15B petrol engine. This engine produces a maximum power output of 102hp and 130Nm peak torque. This engine can be paired with a 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic transmission. It also receives Suzuki’s All Grip Pro AWD with low-range transfer gear (4L mode). Maruti Suzuki Jimny offers a mileage of 16.94 kmpl on the manual variants and 16.39 kmpl on the automatic variants.
Maximum Discount: Rs 55,000
Manual variants of the Ignis get a discount package worth Rs 55,000 while the automatic variants get Rs 50,000 off. MY2024 manual variants of the car get benefits of up to Rs 45,000 while the automatic variants get Rs 40,000 off. The Ignis comes with a 1.2-litre petrol engine that produces a maximum power of 83hp. This engine can be mated to a 5-speed manual or automatic transmission. Maruti Suzuki Ingis rivals the Citroen C3 in the market.
Maximum Discount: Rs 35,000
Petrol variants of MY2023 Baleno get a discount of Rs 35,000 while the CNG variants get an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000. The MY2024 get discounts of Rs 30,000 and Rs 35,000 on the two variants. Baleno is powered by an Advanced 1.2-litre K Series petrol engine and comes in a 5-speed manual and automatic option. Other features include a Heads Up Display (HUD), a touchscreen SmartPlay Pro+ infotainment system with Surround Sense and more.
Maximum Discount: Rs 45,000
MY2023 units of the Ciaz get Rs 45,000 off while the MY2024 units get a discount package worth Rs 25,000. The Ciaz is equipped with a 1.5-litre petrol engine that produces a maximum power of 105hp. This engine can be mated with a 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic transmission. Maruti Suzuki Ciaz competes against the Hyundai Verna, Honda City, Skoda Slavia, and Volkswagen Virtus.

As mentioned earlier, these discounts will be made available throughout the month of February. Discounts may vary depending on the variant and the region. The corporate discounts on offer are available for Maruti’s approved list of corporates and public sector undertakings.
