Limited edition Audi Q5 launched in India at Rs 69.72 lakh

Audi India has launched the new limited edition Audi Q5 at a price of Rs 69.72 lakh. As the name suggests, this edition will be produced in limited numbers. It is based on the Q5’s Technology variant and demands a premium of Rs 1.50 lakh over it. The Audi Q5 limited edition is available in a single ‘Mythos Black’ colour option.

Audi Q5 limited edition: What’s new?

The new limited edition Audi Q5 receives the Black Styling Package Plus for its exterior. It gets blacked-out Audi rings, grille, and roof rails. The interiors get the shade of Okapi Brown with leather upholstery and leather finish on the armrest and door panels.

Talking about the features, the limited edition Audi Q5 gets a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity. It also gets Audi’s MMI navigation system and voice controls. There’s also a 12.3-inch customisable display for the Audi Virtual Cockpit. The Q5 also gets a 19-speaker Bang and Olufsen sound system that has a 755W output.

Things remain the same under the hood as the Audi Q5 limited edition continues to be powered by the 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine. This engine can produce a maximum power output of 265hp and 370Nm of torque. It is paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. There are six drive modes on board as well.

Mr Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India said, “The Audi Q5 has been one of our best-selling SUVs and we are delighted to announce the launch of a limited edition technology variant, a curvet to a more personalized offering. Ahead of the upcoming festive season, we are giving customers an opportunity to enjoy exclusivity with limited units on offer.”

Conclusion

Audi is also offering a specially curated Audi Genuine Accessories kit with the Q5 limited edition. This kit contains entry LED, Audi rings, dynamic hub caps, stainless steel valve caps, and more. The Audi Q5 rivals the Volvo XC60, BMW X3, Lexus NX, and Mercedes Benz GLC in India.
