In a bid to increase the safety quotient, Honda Car India is now offering six airbags as a standard feature across its catalogue. Honda Elevate, City, City e:HEV, and Amaze will now come with six airbags as standard. Honda has also introduced a bunch of other features as standard on the Elevate and City. Read along to find out.

Honda Elevate, City, and Amaze get a significant safety boost
Apart from six airbags, Honda Elevate and City also get 3-point emergency locking retractor (ELR) seatbelts and seatbelt reminders for all seats as standard features across all variants. Honda Elevate also gets a 7-inch TFT display for the semi-digital instrument cluster, adjustable head restraints for all passengers, and driver & assistant sun visor vanity mirror with lid as standard.
Meanwhile, the City sedan gets a 4.2-inch TFT display for the instrument cluster on the entry-level SV trim. The VX trim has now been equipped with an 8-speaker sound system and a rear sunshade. The e:HEV version of the City sedan and Honda Amaze already offered 6 airbags as a standard feature but now gets the seat belt reminder feature for all 5 seats across all variants.

Conclusion
Adding all the safety features, Honda has also bumped the pricing for all its offerings. The Honda Elevate range now starts at Rs 11.91 lakh and goes up to Rs 16.43 lakh. The City range starts at Rs 12.08 lakh and goes up to Rs 20.55 lakh (for the City e:HEV). Lastly, prices for the Amaze now start at Rs 7.92 lakh and go up to Rs 9.86 lakh.
