Greta Glide e-scooter with up to 100KM range launched in India

Gujarat based EV startup Greta Electric Scooter has announced the launch of an e-scooter in the market. The company has introduced the Greta Glide electric scooter which is powered by Li-Ion batteries that charge in under 2.5 hours. Greta Glide can travel up to 100 kilometres on a single charge.

Those who are unaware Greta Electric Scooter is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gujarat-based Raj Electromotives Pvt. Ltd. that manufactures Electric Scooters.

Greta Glide electric scooter specifications and features

Greta Glide has a slew of features that make operation simple and efficient. DRL, EBS, ATA System, and SmartShift are among the features.

Greta e-scooters are powered by 48-volt / 60-volt lithium-ion batteries with a range of 60 to 100 kilometres per charge. The electric scooter is said to take approximately 2.5 hours to charge from zero to full. It comes in four battery options: V2 (Lithium+48V), V2+ (Lithium+60V), V3 (Lithium+48V), and V3+ (Lithium+60V).

  • V2 48v-24Ah for 60 kms per charge
  • V2+ 60v-24Ah for 60 kms per charge
  • V3 48v-30Ah for 100 kms per charge
  • V3+ 60v-30Ah for 100 kms per charge

In addition to this the Greta Glide includes Reverse Drive mode, 3-Speed Drive Mode, LED Digital Instrument Cluster Display, Keyless Start, Anti-Theft Alarm, Front Glove Box, Light Designer Consoles & Extra-Large Leg Room, Find My Vehicle Alarm, quality black leatherette seat cover, and a USB port. There are 3.5-inch-wide tubeless tyres and is handled by conventional telescopic forks at the front and a Dual Hydraulic Cell Shocker at the rear. The Dual Hydraulic Disc Brakes at both ends handle the braking duties.

Greta Glide electric scooter price in India and availability details

In terms of pricing, Greta Glide is available at a starting price of Rs 80,000. The price of the product varies depending on the battery used, as does the mileage.

Customers can now customise the scooter to their specific needs and budget.

As per the company customers can place their orders today to take advantage of some fantastic buy-now deals. Pre-booked scooters are eligible for a Rs 6000 discount, while spot-booked scooters are eligible for a Rs 2000 discount.
