MG Motor has added a Snowstorm edition to the Hector lineup and a Blackstorm edition to the Astor lineup in India. Prices for MG Hector Snowstorm start at Rs 21.53 lakh and go up to Rs 22.82 lakh. The Snowstorm edition is based on the Sharp Pro trim of the SUV. Meanwhile, the Astor Blackstorm is priced between Rs 13.45 lakh – Rs 14.46 lakh and is based on the SUV’s Select trim.

The Snowstorm Edition brings the white and black paint scheme to the MG Hector SUV. The roof rails, headlamp bezels, and OVRMs get a gloss-black finish. The grille, bumper, tailgate, and side body moulding get a dark chrome finish. The brake callipers, fog lamps, tailgate, and OVRMs get red accents as well. As is tradition, the special edition SUV will get the Snowstorm badging.
Inside, the MG Hector Snowstorm Edition gets a gunmetal finish on the steering wheel, AC vents, door handles, and centre console. The front seat headrests carry the Snowstorm branding. The instrument list and powertrain for the special edition SUV remain unchanged.

The Blackstorm edition of the Astor was initially launched in September 2023. The two new variants added to the lineup drive down its asking price. The special edition SUV comes in an all-black avatar. The front honeycomb grille, front & rear bumpers, headlamps, roof rails, door trim, and alloy wheels have been blacked out on the limited edition SUV. The fog lamps, brake callipers, OVRMs, and door panels receive red accents.
Inside, the Astor Blackstorm edition gets Tuxedo black upholstery. The Blackstorm branding is stitched into the front seat headrests. The steering wheel, AC vents, and door trims receive red accents too. The SUV gets a JBL speaker system. The rest of the equipment list remains the same.
