Tata Motors has announced price reductions across its ICE catalogue. The automaker is passing the benefits received from the new GST structure to its customers. The new prices will come into effect on September 22, 2025. However, customers can book their vehicles at the revised prices right now. The prices of Tata’s all-electric offerings remain unchanged.

The GST 2.0 reform taxes small cars and sub-4m SUVs at 18% and larger vehicles at 40%. The Nexon receives the highest benefits from this change, with up to Rs 1,55,000 shaved off its asking price. The value of these benefits will vary among different variants.

This will make our popular range of cars and SUVs even more accessible across segments, enabling first-time buyers and accelerating the shift towards new age mobility for a wider spectrum of customers.”
The price of Tata’s EV portfolio remains unchanged. The automaker recently updated the Nexon EV with a Level 2 ADAS suite. This feature is only available on the top-spec Empowered+ A variant, priced at Rs 17.29 lakh. It is Rs 30,000 dearer than the regular Empowered+ variant.

As mentioned earlier, the new prices will come into effect on September 22, 2025. Tata has recommended that users book their vehicles under the revised prices right now due to the surge in delivery demand in the festive period. Other automakers like Nissan Motor, Mahindra Auto, Hyundai, Skoda, and more have also announced revised prices for their ICE offerings.
