Skoda Enyaq facelifts: Everything you need to know

The Skoda Enyaq and Enyaq Coupe share the same front fascia. The closed-off grille receives the high-gloss black ‘Tech-Deck’ face and is flanked on either side by segmented LED DRLs. These DRLs are connected by a light band running across the face of the car. 23 individual light units make up this light band. Skoda calls them vertical light ‘eyelashes’. The new Skoda lettering in dark chrome can be found on the bonnet. At the back, the LED tail lamps have been redesigned and the Skoda lettering on the tailgate is finished in dark chrome. The Enyaq Coupe has a sloping roofline and a different design for its alloy wheels.

Inside, the Skoda Enyaq facelifts feature a 13-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 5-inch digital driver’s display. The redesigned steering wheel is heated and features the Skoda lettering. They also get features like heated front seats, 3-zone climate control, a panoramic sunroof, a tow bar, an umbrella slot, wireless charging, and more.

The Skoda Enyaq facelift is available in 2 battery sizes and 3 powertrain options. The Enyaq 60 has a 63kWh battery pack and a rear-mounted electric motor. It produces a maximum power output of 201hp and 310Nm torque. The Enyaq 85 also has a rear-mounted motor but comes with a larger 82kWh battery pack. It produces a maximum power output of 281hp and 545Nm of torque. The Enyaq 85x gets the same battery pack as the Enyaq 85 but adds another electric motor to the front axle.

Klaus Zellmer, CEO of Škoda Auto, commented, “Since their launch in 2020, the Enyaq and Enyaq Coupé have made e-mobility a reality for over 250,000 customers, along with their families and friends. Now the new Enyaq series brings fresh options and improvements to the table, including even more stylish design and even greater electric range. I’m grateful to our customers for making the Enyaq one of Europe’s most popular fully electric vehicles. We want to excite the market further by building on our existing Enyaq strengths such as the generous amount of space, efficient drivetrains and excellent value proposition. Our new Modern Solid design language, more comprehensive standard equipment, and new digital features combine to make the Enyaq models even better everyday companions.”

Conclusion

It remains to be seen when the Skoda Enyaq facelift will be launched in India. We expect it to launch in the third quarter of 2025. The pre-facelift version of the Enyaq will be showcased at the Bharat Mobility Expo later this month. Upon launch, the Enyaq will rival the Hyundai Ioniq 5, BYD Atto 3, Kia EV6, and Volvo EX40.
