After introducing an electric sunroof on Tata Altroz CNG, the automaker has added the feature to the regular model as well. The prices for Tata Altroz with electric sunroof start at Rs 7.90 lakh. This makes the Altroz the most affordable car in India with an electric sunroof. The top-spec non-CNG model of the Altroz costs Rs 10.74 lakh.

Not every Altroz variant gets an electric sunroof. The feature has been made available for the mid-spec XM+ trim and above. The good news is that turbo petrol and diesel powertrain will get this feature as well. Here is what the Tata Altroz price list looks like for the trims with an electric sunroof.

Tata has also added features like wireless charging, air purifier, and leatherette upholstery to the top-spec XZ+ (S) and XZ+ O (S) variants. Other features include a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, cruise control, automatic headlamps, and more. The electric sunroof on the Altroz is voice controlled.
Tata Altroz CNG was launched last week at a starting price of Rs 7.55 lakh. However, to get the CNG variant with an electric sunroof, buyers will have to shell out Rs 9.53 lakh. The CNG model of the Altroz is powered by a 1.2-litre three-cylinder engine that produces a maximum power output of 77hp and 97Nm or torque in CNG mode. The hatchback comes with a 5-speed manual gearbox.

As mentioned earlier, Altroz is the most affordable car in India to offer an electric sunroof. Hyundai i20 offers this feature on its higher trims, starting at Rs 9.03 lakh. The Altroz is available in four powertrain options and the CNG variant can currently be booked for a token amount of Rs 21,000. The hatchback is competitively priced in the CNG segment and faces direct competition from Maruti Suzuki Baleno CNG and Toyota Glanza CNG.
