Back in October, Rolls-Royce took the wraps off the Ghost Series II globally. Two months later, the automaker has revealed the variants and pricing of the India-spec version of the car. The Rolls-Royce Ghost is available in 3 variants in India – Standard, Extended, and Black Badge. Prices for the luxury car start at Rs 8.95 crore and go up to Rs 10.52 crore.

The Rolls-Royce Ghost facelift retains the iconic design language established by the automaker. Up front, it features the sleek ‘Pantheon’ grille which is flanked on either side by LED headlamps. These LED headlamps are integrated with wraparound LED DRLs. The lower portion of the front end gives a foundation to the grille and flaunts a chrome trim. At the back, the Ghost facelift gets a new design for its tail lamps. The new vertical tail lamps are flanked by a curved chrome element and are inscribed with the double ‘R’ monogram.

Inside, the Rolls-Royce Ghost gets new material options like Grey Stained Ash and Duality Twill. The Central Information Display is housed in a new pillar-to-glass panel. The colours of the digital instrument dials can now be customised to match the car’s interior palette or exterior finish. There are separate entertainment screens for the rear passengers. These screens can connect up to 2 streaming devices. The displays also manage functions like massaging, heating, and cooling. The 18-speaker audio system on the luxury car produces a 1400W output.

Things remain the same under the hood as the Rolls-Royce Ghost facelift continues to be powered by the 6.75-litre twin turbo V12 engine. This engine is mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox. On the Standard and Extended variants, this engine produces a maximum power output of 563hp and 850Nm of torque. Meanwhile, the Black Badge variant puts out 592hp and 900Nm.

Conclusion

Bookings for the Rolls-Royce Ghost are currently open. The automaker has also reduced the prices for the Cullinan facelift, which was launched in September. However, the prices for the Spectre EV have been hiked by Rs 12 lakh. The Rolls-Royce Ghost rivals the Bentley Mulsanne, Mercedes Maybach S-Class, Maserati Quattroporte, and the BMW 7 Series.
