Maruti Suzuki Brezza: New changes explained

Maruti has ditched a couple of safety features on Brezza CNG. The compact SUV no longer gets Electronic Stability Program or Hill Hold Assist in its CNG avatar. Maruti Suzuki Brezza continues to be offered with a free-standing 9-inch Smartplay Pro+ touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support, Arkamys-tuned sound system, wireless charging, HUD, electric sunroof, automatic climate control, cruise control, ambient lighting as well as voice-command operation.

Under the hood, the 1.5-litre four-cylinder mild-hybrid K-series petrol engine produces a maximum power output of 103hp and 137Nm of torque. Following the update, it is only available with a 6-speed automatic transmission. In a CNG configuration, this engine produces a maximum power output of 88hp and 121.5Nm peak torque.
