Mahindra Auto has hiked the prices of its 5-door lifestyle SUV by Rs 60,000. This is the first time that the prices of Mahindra Thar Roxx have been hiked since its launch in August 2024. The entry-level variants have not received a hike, so the starting price of the SUV has not changed from Rs 12.99 lakh. The top-spec variants receive the highest price increase.

Mahindra Thar Roxx: Check out the new prices
Out of all the petrol variants of Mahindra Thar Roxx, only the top-spec AX7 L AT variant has received a price hike. This variant is now dearer by Rs 50,000, fetching Rs 20.49 lakh. Meanwhile, the automaker has increased the prices of 6 diesel variants of the SUV. You can check out their prices below.

The 2.2-litre diesel engine puts out 172hp and 370Nm in a 4WD configuration and 152hp and 330Nm in a 2WD configuration. This engine can be mated to a 6-speed manual or automatic gearbox. Meanwhile, the 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine produces a maximum power output of 174hp and 380Nm of torque with an automatic transmission. When mated to a manual gearbox, it puts out 162hp and 330Nm.
The 4WD variants of Mahindra Thar Roxx have a ‘Smart Crawl’ feature which acts as a cruise control system between 2.5 – 30 kmph. The ‘Intelliturn’ function on the 4WD SUV locks the rear inner wheelbase in the direction of the steering, allowing the SUV to make tight turns under 15kmph. This feature can be used for up to 15 seconds at a stretch.
Other features on the Mahindra Thar Roxx include dual 10.25-inch displays for the touchscreen infotainment system and the digital instrument cluster, ambient lighting, wireless charging, automatic climate control, a cooled glove box, a front armrest, panoramic sunroof, powered driver’s seat, ventilated front seating, a 9-speaker Harmon Kardon sound system, and more. The top-spec variants rock an ADAS package as well.
