2023 Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS: What do the spy shots suggest?
The most notable change in the 2023 Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS facelift comes in the form of the placement and design of the LED DRLs. The new LED DRLs sport a quad design and are now placed at the ends of the bumper rather than the grille. The side profile reveals a new design for the alloy wheels, but there are no changes apart from that. At the back, the new 2023 i10 gets a new tail lamp design.
Earlier, the i10 was spotted testing in Germany. The test unit spied in Germany had a new bluish shade, but both the test units spied in India so far have had a white shade. Currently, the Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS is available in Polar White, Typhoon Silver, Titan Grey, Fiery Red, and Aqua Teal paint schemes.
While no spy shots of the interiors have surfaced so far, the 2023 Hyundai i10 NIOS could come with a new instrument console and updated upholstery. The dashboard and other interior elements will receive an updated design too. It is unlikely that Hyundai will update the 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, as it is already the best in class.
Under the hood, the 2023 Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS is expected to retain the 1.2-litre petrol engine that produces a maximum power of 83hp and 113.8Nm peak torque. This engine is paired with a 5-speed automatic or manual gearbox. Hyundai also offers a 1.0-litre turbo petrol unit with the Hyundai i10 NIOS which produces 100hp and 172Nm. The i10 NIOS also comes with a CNG option that produces 69hp and 95.2Nm.
