2023 Hyundai Grand i10 Nios facelift: What’s new?

The 2023 Hyundai Grand i10 undergoes a few design tweaks. Up front, the bumper now houses a large black grille with arrow-shaped LED DRLs on either side. The side intakes have been placed next to the DRLs. Along the sides, the hatchback now gets 15-inch alloy wheels. Along the rear, the i10 facelift gets newly designed tail lights connected by a light strip. Hyundai has also introduced a new ‘Spark Green’ colour, taking the total available colour options to six.

The interior layout of the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios remains the same but gets some minor upgrades in the form of leather wrapping for the steering wheel, grey seat upholstery, footwell lighting, and metal finish on door handles. The touchscreen infotainment system remains the same but the instrument cluster gets an update. The hatchback has also been updated with USB Type-C charging ports and some tech features for the infotainment system. It also gets new safety features like cruise control, TPMS, four airbags as standard, and an option of 6 airbags, ESC, and ISOFIX anchorages.

Things remain the same under the hood as the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios facelift continues to be powered by the 1.2-litre petrol engine found on its predecessor. This petrol unit produces a maximum power output of 83hp and 113.8Nm peak torque. A 5-speed manual gearbox and an automatic transmission are also on offer. The Grand i10 Nios is also available in a CNG configuration, producing 69hp and 95.2Nm. The 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine remains discontinued for the facelift as well.
