New ‘Corporate’ variant added to Hyundai Grand i10 Nios lineup

Hyundai Motor India has introduced a new ‘Corporate’ variant to the Grand i10 Nios lineup. This variant is priced at Rs 6.93 lakh and sits between the Magna and Sportz Executive variants. It is available with manual and automatic transmissions. The latter fetches Rs 7.58 lakh. The Corporate variant gets exclusive badging as well as updated features.

Hyundai Grand i10 Nios ‘Corporate’: What’s new?

The ‘Corporate’ variant of the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios gets some cosmetic updates. The 15-inch wheels get dual-tone colour styling and the radiator grille has been painted black. The O/S door handles and OVRMs are body coloured on the new variant. The tailgate gets exclusive ‘Corporate’ badging. On top of that, this variant will be available in a new ‘Amazon Grey’ paint shade.

Inside, the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios rocks a dual-tone colour theme and flaunts a 6.75-inch touchscreen infotainment system. There’s a 4-speaker audio system onboard the vehicle as well. The steering is mounted with audio and Bluetooth controls. On top of that, the hatchback gets features like footwell lighting, a front room lamp, rear AC vents, USB Type-C charging, and a rear power outlet.

Notable misses include a rear camera, rear defogger, alloy wheels, and support for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. These features are available on the Sportz Executive variant. Safety features on the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios include 6 airbags, 3-point seatbelts and seatbelt reminder, TPMS, ABS with EBD, IVRM, central door locking, impact sensing auto door unlock, and more.

Things remain the same under the hood as the hatchback continues to be powered by the 1.2-litre Kappa petrol engine which produces a maximum power output of 83hp and 113.8Nm of torque. This engine can be mated to a 5-speed manual or AMT gearbox.

Based on our successful Grand i10 NIOS model with over 4 lakh happy families, the Grand i10 NIOS ‘Corporate Variant’ offers best-in-class safety, including 6 airbags as standard and a host of convenience features, including a 17.14 cm touch-screen display audio.

The ‘Corporate Variant’ will offer ‘Peace of Mind’ with affordable cost of ownership, backed by Hyundai Motor India’s robust warranty package and nation-wide service backing. We are confident that the ‘Corporate Variant’ will appeal to young Indian customers, especially Gen Z & Millennials, wanting to begin their journey of personal mobility.”

Conclusion

Apart from the new Amazon Grey paint shade, the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios ‘Corporate’ can be had in Atlas White, Typhoon Silver, Titan Grey, Teal Blue, Fiery Red, and Spark Green colours. It rivals the likes of Tata Tiago, Maruti Suzuki Swift, and Maruti Suzuki Ignis.
