Audi Urbansphere Concept To Release On April 19th: No Steering Wheel, Pedals Or Display

After introducing its Audi Skysphere and Audi Grandsphere concept, the brand is going to add another brand-new concept to its product lineup, the Audi Urbansphere concept. The sphere concept vehicles family gives a peek into Audi’s rendition of what the future of the mobility space would look like. The brand paints a truly high-tech futuristic picture with its all-new Urbansphere concept, which will debut at its world premiere at “Celebration of Progress” on 19th April 2022 at 12 noon CEST.

The Audi Urbansphere concept was churned out especially to meet the needs of customers in Chinese megacities. The 2022 concept car offers the largest cabin space as compared to that seen in any Audi vehicle to date. It is designed to tackle the issue of short personal space in big cities such that the premium vehicle still would be able to provide a spacious interior to its occupants.

The Audi Urbansphere concept will be launched virtually, just like the Audi Skysphere and Grandsphere concepts. It will be elaborated upon by Hildegard Wortmann (Member of the Board of Management of AUDI AG for Sales and Marketing), Oliver Hoffmann (Board of Management for Technical Development at AUDI AG) and Brand Henrik Wenders (Head of Audi) during the online premiere. Together with designer Gary Telaak, the Audi Urbansphere concept will give you a ride of the premium driving experience of the future, throwing light on its superior technology automated interiors with no steering wheel, pedals or display to get in the way.
