Audi India will launch the RS Q8 facelift on February 17. Audi RS Q8 facelift went on sale globally last year. In overseas markets, the luxury SUV is available in 2 variants. The top-spec Performance variant of the SUV is Audi’s most powerful ICE offering yet. As of now, it is not known which variant will be brought over to Indian shores. Audi will reveal more details closer to the launch.

The facelifted version of the Audi RS Q8 retains the DNA of the outgoing model, but sports some design changes. The SUV features new front aprons with striking air intakes, a unique honeycomb grille, and a blade in high-gloss black. It gets LED Matrix headlights with integrated DRLs and OLED tail lamps. The RS Q8 rest on 22-inch matte gold alloy wheels. Buyers can opt for 23-inch alloys for a small premium. The Performance variant receives two oval tailpipes to distinguish it from the standard variant. Both variants rock the RS badging.
Inside, the Audi RS Q8 facelift features a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system and an 8.6-inch climate control screen. The 12.3-inch Audi virtual cockpit in the Performance variant features a shift light indicator in manual mode. Audi is also offering Red, Grey, and Blue design packages for the SUV. The Blue package is exclusive to the Performance variant. The top-spec variant also gets Sports Seats Plus with Race-Tex upholstery for greater comfort.
Powering the Audi RS Q8 is the 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine. This engine produces a maximum power output of 600hp and 800Nm of torque on the standard variant. This variant can go from 0-100kmph in 3.8 seconds and its top speed is capped at 250kmph. The Performance variant puts out 640hp and 850Nm. It can go from 0-100kmph in just 3.6 seconds.

In Europe, the standard variant of the Audi RS Q8 is priced at EUR 141,900 (~ Rs 1.26 crore) while the Performance variant fetches EUR 155,700 (~ Rs 1.39 crore). In India, the SUV’s prices may start at Rs 2 crore. The standard Audi Q8 is priced at Rs 1.17 crore. Upon launch, the RS Q8 will rival Lexus RX, Porsche Cayenne GTS, and Lamborghini Urus SE.
