BGauss C12i electric scooter launched in India at Rs 99,999

BGauss C12i is now available in India at an introductory price of Rs 99,999. The scooter is available in two variants – EX and MAX. The MAX variant is priced at Rs 1,26,513. These introductory prices are valid till September 19, 2023. The electric scooter can be booked using the BGauss website or at one of the 125 dealerships across the country.

BGauss C12i: What’s on offer?

BGauss C12i gets a removable 2kWh Li-ion battery unit that offers a driving range of 85km. This battery pack can be fully charged in 3 hours. The scooter also gets CAN support which keeps users connected and in control. The electric motor is rated IP67 for dust and water resistance. The 2500-watt (P) rotor is located in the rear wheel.

BGauss C12i is available in seven paint shades – Foliage Green, Shiny Silver, Matte BGausse Blue, Red Black, Yellow Techno, Pearl White, and Brooklyn Black. The EX variant gets a 2kWh battery with an 85km driving range. Meanwhile, the MAX variant gets a 3.2kWh battery which offers a driving range of 135km. The C12i has an under-seat storage capacity of 23 litres and also gets a lockable under-foot compartment to store the charger and other important stuff.

Customers can book their BGauss C12i for a token amount of Rs 499. The EV maker is also offering a 5 warranty on the scooter. The downpayment for the electric scooter is as low as Rs 6,197 with an EMI of Rs 2,437. The BGauss C12i rivals the likes of Ola S1 X, Bounce Infinity E1, Okinawa Praise Pro, and Okaya Freedom.
