Range Rover SV Ultra: Everything you need to know
No big changes have been made to the exterior design of the Range Rover SV Ultra. The SUV gets an exclusive Titan Silver paint scheme along with Satin Platinum Atlas and Silver Chrome accents across its body. The 23-inch alloy wheels get Satin Platinum inserts and new Range Rover centre caps.
Inside, the SV Ultra gets a new Orchid White and Cinder Grey Ultrafabrics finish. The seating features a new laser‑crafted mosaic pattern across the upper sections. This pattern continues on the inserts and backrests for a more uniform design. The dashboard and door panels flaunt a new rattan palm veneer with an Orchid White tint. The gloss-white ceramic finish on the gear lever and centre console buttons continues the light theme.
In terms of features, the Range Rover SV Ultra packs a 13.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 13.7-inch digital driver’s display, a Heads Up display, and 13.1-inch screens for rear seat entertainment. There’s wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support on board. The electrostatic sound system features 21 lightweight thin‑film transducers to create a personal listening experience for each seat. It works in tandem with Body and Soul Seat technology, which uses AI‑optimised software to analyse the media and create relevant in-seat pulsation for a more immersive listening experience.
Things remain unchanged under the hood, as the Range Rover SV Ultra continues to be powered by the 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 petrol engine. This engine generates a maximum power output of 537hp and 750Nm. It is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission, which channels the power to all four wheels. The SUV can go from 0-100km/h in 4.9 seconds, with its top speed capped at 261km/h. Buyers can also opt for a hybrid powertrain.
Martin Limpert, Global Managing Director, Range Rover, said, “Range Rover SV Ultra is one of the finest expressions of Range Rover luxury we have ever created. Its distinct character is defined by new and exclusive exterior and interior finishes, and by world‑first in‑car audio technologies that set a new benchmark for immersion and wellbeing. This is far more than Ultra in name.
Range Rover is proud to be the first automotive brand to offer this unique and exclusive experience to its clients. The listening experience is a step change from anything that has been fitted to any vehicle previously, delivering a powerful, emotional and truly immersive experience.”
