Maruti Suzuki Baleno Regal Edition launched in India

Maruti Suzuki has added a new ‘Regal Edition’ to the Baleno lineup as a part of its festive season sales campaign. The Regal Edition is available across all variants of the Maruti Suzuki Baleno, including the automatic and CNG powertrains. The special edition hatchback boasts exterior and interior accessory packs without any extra costs.

Maruti Suzuki Baleno Regal Edition: What’s on offer?

The new Maruti Suzuki Baleno Regal gets cosmetic accessories like front & rear underbody spoilers, mud flap, body side moulding, grille upper garnish (chrome), rear garnish, back door garnish, and more. Interior accessories include a steering cover, a dual-tone seat cover, a 3D boot mat, NEXA cushions, logo projector lamps, window curtains and more. Prices for these accessory packs start at Rs 45,829 for the Alpha variant and go up to Rs 60,199 for the Sigma variant. The Regal Edition provides these accessories free of charge.

Other features of the Maruti Suzuki Baleno include a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, voice assistant, connected car tech like Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, 6 airbags, a start/stop button, and a rearview camera.

Things remain the same under the hood as the Maruti Suzuki Baleno Regal Edition continues to be powered by the 1.2-litre four-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine. This engine produces a maximum power output of 90hp and 113Nm of torque. It can be mated to a 5-speed manual or automatic gearbox. The Delta and Zeta variants of the hatchback have a CNG powertrain option as well.

With its aggressive design, spacious cabin, and tech-loaded features, it has captivated customers across the country. We are confident that the launch of the Baleno Regal Edition will further contribute to the festive cheer for our discerning customers.”

Conclusion

Prices for the Maruti Suzuki Baleno start at Rs 6.66 lakh and go up to Rs 9.84 lakh. It remains one of the most popular hatchbacks in India. It rivals the likes of Toyota Glanza, Tata Altroz, Hyundai i20, and Honda Jazz.
