The ICE and all-electric models of the Tata Curvv have been updated with new creature comforts. These ‘executive’ features, as Tata calls them, enhance the cabin space and bring a splash of luxury to the crossover. They will be available in the Accomplished variants (starting from Rs 14.55 lakh) of the ICE model and the Accomplished and Empowered variants (starting from Rs 18.49 lakh) of the all-electric model.

The new Tata Curvv brings a refined cabin space to the crossover. It adds features like R-Comfort seats with passive ventilation, ‘Serenity Screen’ rear sunshades, ‘EasySip’ cup docks on the rear armrest, a dashboard insert in white carbon fibre finish, and a lighter interior shade (Lalitpur Grey) with plush Benecke-Kaliko leatherette seats. Tata has also added a ‘TwinZone Climate Concierge’ air conditioning to the list of features. The all-electric model also gets a ‘PureComfort’ rear co-passenger footrest and an ‘ErgoWing’ headrest.
Other features of the crossover include a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a 9-speaker Harmon Kardon audio system, ventilated front seats, a panoramic sunroof, reclining rear seats, and more. The crossover was awarded a 5-star safety rating by the Bharat NCAP back in January. Its safety features include six airbags, an Electronic Stability Program, and an Electronic Parking Brake with Autohold. There is a Level 2 ADAS package on board as well. It consists of 20 functionalities, including adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, traffic sign recognition, ESP, and a 360-degree Surround View System.
No mechanical changes have been made to the Tata Curvv. Its ICE model comes in 3 powertrain options. The 1.2-litre three-cylinder ‘Revotron’ petrol engine produces a maximum power output of 120hp and 170Nm torque. The new 1.2-litre ‘Hyperion’ engine generates a maximum power output of 125hp and 225Nm torque. Meanwhile, the 1.5-litre ‘Kryojet’ diesel engine produces a maximum power output of 118hp. All three engines can be paired with a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.
Meanwhile, the Curvv EV comes in 2 battery pack options – 45kWh and 55kWh. The 45kWh variants offer a 502km driving range and put out 150hp. The 55kWh variants can go up to 585km on a full charge and generate a maximum power output of 167hp. All variants of the electric crossover are powered by a single electric motor and generate 215Nm of torque.

Prices for the Tata Curvv ICE range start at Rs 9.66 lakh and go up to Rs 18.85 lakh. It rivals the Citroen Basalt. Meanwhile, the Curvv EV lineup starts at Rs 17.49 lakh and goes up to Rs 22.24 lakh. It rivals the MG ZS EV, Mahindra XUV400, and Tata Nexon EV.
