Mahindra XUV400 and XUV300 get massive year-end discounts

Both SUVs will be refreshed with facelifted models next year.

Mahindra & Mahindra is offering massive year-end discounts on unsold MY2023 stocks of the XUV400 EV and XUV300. These discounts will expire on December 31. Mahindra XUV400 is the only EV sold by the automaker in India. It gets discounts of up to Rs 4.20 lakh, with the value of the package depending on the variant.

Maximum Discount: Rs 4.20 lakh

Mahindra XUV400 electric SUV launched at Rs 15.99 lakh

EL variants of the Mahindra XUV400 EV are being offered with a total discount package worth Rs 4.20 lakh. The models with the ESC feature as standard get a discount of Rs 3.20 lakh. The EC variant of Mahindra XUV400 EV gets discounts worth up to Rs 1.70 lakh. These variants offer a driving range of 375km and 456km respectively. Both variants are powered by the same electric motor that puts out 150hp and 310Nm. The Mahindra XUV400 EV is often available with massive discounts over the calendar year.

Mahindra XUV300

Maximum Discount: Rs 1.72 lakh

The top-spec W8 and W8(O) diesel variants of the XUV300 get a discount package worth up to Rs 1.72 lakh. The W6 trim gets discount offers worth up to Rs 1.40 lakh while the W4 trim gets Rs 59,000 off. The automaker is also offering discounts in the range of Rs 45,000 – Rs 1.63 lakh for the entry-level petrol variants of the compact SUV. 

The XUV300 is offered in three powertrain options: a 1.2-litre petrol that generates a maximum power of 110hp, a 1.5-litre diesel engine with a peak power output of 117hp, and a 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine that produces a maximum power of 131hp.

Conclusion

These discounts are available only on the unsold MY2023 units of Mahindra XUV400 and XUV300. Both these models are due for a facelift next year, which is why Mahindra is eager to clear out the existing stock. The XUV300 facelift was spotted testing recently.
