New Bajaj Pulsar 250F to launch soon: Here is what we know so far that excites us

Bajaj auto is no longer a common man’s brand. With mid to higher-tier bikes under its belly, the brand has become more of a common cum enthusiast bike producer. However, the latest to launch will be Bajaj Pulsar 250F that should come on the iconic 220F’s body plates, however, should be more powerful.

Many have already spotted the bike being tested on-road and it does have a lot of similarities driven from the 220F. Some even said the front is a bit inspired by Hero motorbikes from the yesteryears.

The motorbike will sport a semi-faired design, which we can see on the Bajaj Pulsar 220F, too. Led lamps will be used across the Bajaj Pulsar 250F. These will include the front and back indicator lights and a smarter LED lamp projector for brighter night visibility. The windscreen has also become antagonistic, as it gives a meaner look to the bike. It should help in wind protection and help achieve faster speeds on the highway or open roads.

We also expect the bike to be larger than the younger sibling. The seats should be slightly bigger and the tank should be bulkier. The same can be found on the side fairings as well. When it comes to the mechanics of the Bajaj Pulsar 250F, the motorbike should come with a 250CC oil-cooled petrol engine. It should be able to produce more torque than the 220F. Rumours are rife, that the same tech that is found on Yamaha YZF-R15 of Variable Valve Actuation (VVA) will be included in the Bajaj Pulsar 250F.

While many had expected wider wheels on the front and back, the bike’s test images do not suggest that. Also, there will be disk break options available on both the front and back wheels. Over that, a fresh new exhaust will also be part of the package.

There is a lot of contemplation on the price and colours the Bajaj Pulsar 250F will be available in. But a little birdy told us that it should be priced under Rs 1.5 lakhs (Ex-showroom) in India. Black, blue and red colours should be available at the time of the launch. This is all speculative, so we will get to know the exact details in the coming weeks, so please stay tuned.
