The Skoda Kushaq facelift will sport an entirely new front fascia. Cosmetic changes are expected on the grille, LED headlamps, DRLs, and bumper. The DRLs will be integrated into the top section of the headlamps. No big changes are expected along the sides. The SUV will get a new design for the alloy wheels, but its silhouette will remain the same. The traditional door handles are expected to be carried forward from the current model. At the back, the redesigned tail lamps will be connected by an LED light bar.
Inside, the Kushaq facelift will rock a refreshed design for its dashboard layout. A larger touchscreen infotainment system is expected on the SUV. The current model ships with a 10-inch display for the infotainment system and an 8-inch digital instrument cluster. The panoramic sunroof will also make its debut on the facelifted model. The current model comes with a single-pane sunroof only. A Level 2 ADAS package is also expected on the SUV. Other feature additions will include a 3560-degree camera, 6 airbags as standard, Traction Control System (TCS), Electronic Differential Locking System (EDS), and more.
No changes will be made under the hood. The 2 powertrain options from the current model will be carried forward to the facelift. The 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbo petrol engine produces a maximum power of 115hp and 175Nm peak torque. The 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine produces a maximum power output of 150hp and 250Nm peak torque. Transmission options include a six-speed manual and a 7-speed DCT automatic gearbox.
