Volkswagen India: Monsoon Car Care Camp explained

Volkswagen India is providing its customers with a 40-point vehicle checkup for the upcoming monsoon season. The vehicle inspection includes checking the brakes, tyres, wipers, front & rear lights and many others. This checkup service is complimentary for VW customers. It can be availed across Volkswagen’s 142 service points in India.

Mr Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Volkswagen India, said, “Our Monsoon Car Care Campaign underscores the Volkswagen Brand’s dedication to customer centricity and safety. We understand the unique challenges that come with driving during the monsoon season. Through this proactive measure, we want our customers to have a safe and hassle-free driving experience enabling them to enjoy their journeys without any concern.”

Customers can also choose extended warranty and service packages for their cars at a discounted price. The essential service value package is priced at Rs 16,000 and offers free labour costs on services like wheel alignment and car pick up/drop for a 2-year period. Meanwhile, the extended warranty package offers coverage for five years or one lakh kilometres (whichever is earlier). After the warranty period has expired, customers can pay Rs 14,519 to extend the cover by one year.
