Its safety features include 6 airbags, ESP with iVBAC, auto hold, disc brakes on all four wheels, Hill Assist, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), a 36-degree camera, a front parking sensor, a blind spot view monitor, and more.
Since it is based on the top-spec variant, the ADAS model of the Nexon EV packs all the creature comforts. The 12.3-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system on the dashboard supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. There’s a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster onboard as well. Other features include connected car tech, wireless charging, ventilated front seats, voice-assisted sunroof, touch controls for the HVAC, and more.
The electric SUV comes in 2 battery pack options – 30kWh and 45kWh. The 40.5kWh battery pack was discontinued earlier this year. The two remaining battery packs offer a driving range of 375km and 489km, respectively. The 30kWh ‘MR’ variants generate a maximum power output of 129hp and 215Nm of torque. Meanwhile, the 45kWh ‘LR’ variants put out 145hp and 215Nm.
