Mahindra Bolero Neo Limited Edition: What’s new?
In terms of cosmetic changes, the new Mahindra Bolero Neo Limited Edition gets roof ski-racks, new fog lights, headlamps with integrated LED DRLs, and a spare wheel cover with a Deep Silver finish. Inside, the SUV cabin gets a dual-tone theme for the seating along with lumbar support for the two front seats. The driver’s seat is also height adjustable. Silver inserts can be found across the centre console.
The first and second seating rows get armrests as well. Additional storage space can be found in the form of an under-seat tray below the driver’s seat. The SUV can accommodate a maximum of seven occupants.
Talking about features, the Mahindra Bolero Neo Limited Edition gets a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The SUV misses out on Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support. However, it gets a reverse parking camera along with cruise control, ‘BlueSense’ connected car technology, and steering-mounted controls.
Things remain the same under the hood, as the Limited Edition continues to be powered by the same 1.5-litre mHawk diesel engine unit as the rest of the lineup. This engine produces a peak power output of 100hp and 260Nm peak torque. This engine is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. No automatic transmission options are available for this SUV.
Since the Mahindra Bolero Neo Limited Edition is based on the N10 variant, it does not get the ‘Mechanical Locking Differential’ which is found in the N10 (O) trim. At Rs 11.50 lakh, the SUV rivals the likes of Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon, and Kia Sonet.
