Discounts of up to Rs 4 lakh on Hyundai Ioniq 5, Grand i10 Nios, and more

Hyundai Motor India is offering lucrative discounts on all of its offerings except the newly launched Creta Electric. Buyers can claim offers worth up to Rs 4 lakh on the Hyundai Ioniq 5, Grand i10 Nios, Tucson, Venue, Aura, i20, Verna, Alcazar, Creta, and Exter. These discounts come in the form of cash offers, exchange/scrappage bonuses, and corporate benefits.

Hyundai Ioniq 5

Maximum Discount: Rs 4 lakh

The Hyundai Ioniq 5 EV bags the biggest discount package this month. This offer is limited to the MY2024 units of the EV. The Ioniq 5 is a CKD import to India, and is assembled locally. Its 72.6kWh battery pack can deliver a driving range of up to 631km. The electric motor powering the EV is capable of producing a maximum power output of 217hp and 350Nm peak torque. The Hyundai Ioniq 5 is currently priced at Rs 46.05 lakh.

Hyundai Grand i10 Nios

Maximum Discount: Rs 80,000

The CNG variants of the Grand i10 Nios are available with a discount of up to Rs 80,000. Meanwhile, the petrol MT and AMT variants get Rs 75,000 and Rs 60,000 off, respectively. Prices for the hatchback start at Rs 5.98 lakh and go up to Rs 8.62 lakh.

Hyundai Tucson

Maximum Discount: Rs 80,000

The diesel variants of the Tucson SUV are available with a Rs 80,000 off discount. The petrol variants get Rs 70,000 off. The diesel engine produces a maximum power output of 186hp and 416Nm of torque. Meanwhile, the petrol engine puts out 156hp and 192Nm. The SUV is available in 6-speed and 8-speed torque converter transmissions.

Hyundai Aura

Maximum Discount: Rs 65,000

All CNG variants of the Aura sedan, excluding the entry-level E variant, get Rs 65,000 off this month. The E CNG variant is available with a Rs 25,000 discount. Hyundai has shaved Rs 50,000 off the asking price of petrol variants.

Hyundai i20

Maximum Discount: Rs 65,000

The i20 hatchback gets Rs 65,000 off for its petrol manual variants, and Rs 60,000 off for its petrol CVT and N Line variants. Prices for the premium hatchback start at Rs 7.04 lakh and go up to Rs 12.56 lakh.

Hyundai Verna

Maximum Discount: Rs 65,000

All variants of the Verna sedan are available with a Rs 65,000 discount in May. It is available in 2 powertrains. The 1.5-litre NA petrol engine produces a maximum power output of 115hp and 144Nm of torque. This engine can be mated to a 6-speed manual or a CVT gearbox. The 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine puts out 160hp and 253Nm. It can be mated to a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.

Hyundai Alcazar

Maximum Discount: Rs 65,000

The pre-facelift MY2024 units of the Alcazar SUV are available with a discount of Rs 65,000. This includes a direct cash offer worth Rs 30,000. The facelifted model gets Rs 50,000 off, including Rs 10,000 in cash offers. Prices for the SUV start at Rs 14.99 lakh and go up to Rs 21.74 lakh.

Hyundai Exter

Maximum Discount: Rs 60,000

Hyundai’s compact SUV, Exter, gets Rs 60,000 off on its CNG variants. The petrol variants are available with offers worth up to Rs 55,000. The SUV is powered by a 1.2-litre petrol engine. This engine produces a maximum power output of 83hp and 114Nm of torque. It can be mated to a 5-speed manual or AMT gearbox.

Final Thoughts

These discounts are available throughout the month of May. The amount of discount offered may vary depending on the variant of the car and the region of the dealership. The ICE model of Creta is available with a Rs 5,000 scrappage bonus only. Discounts are also subject to the availability of stock.
