The biggest addition to the 2026 Skoda Kodiaq is the ADAS suite. It is the only Skoda offering in the country to offer this feature. The package comprises 7 functions, including Adaptive Cruise Control, Front Assist (with collision warning and emergency braking), Side Assist (with blind spot detection and lane changing assist), Lane Keep Assist, Exit Warning, and Beam Assist.
ADAS package aside, the Kodiaq is loaded with safety features. The SUV packs 9 airbags, front and rear parking sensors, a 360-degree camera, parking assist, electronic differential lock, driver drowsiness alert system, multi-collision braking, and hill start assist with descent control.
When it comes to instrumentation and creature comforts, the Kodiaq offers a 13-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system, a 10-inch digital driver’s display, massage seats, a panoramic sunroof, physical dials for the HVAC system, a 13-speaker audio system, a virtual pedal for the electric tailgate, wireless charging, wireless phone mirroring, smart dials, and more features.
No changes have been made under the hood of the 2026 Skoda Kodiaq. The SUV continues to be powered by the 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine. It churns a maximum power output of 204hp and 320Nm of torque. A 7-speed DCT gearbox channels the power to all four wheels. All Wheel Drive (AWD) is offered as a standard feature across all three variants of the SUV. It offers a fuel economy of 14.86km/l.

With its flagship offering out of the way, Skoda may update its other premium cars with ADAS in the coming months. It would be interesting to see it in the upcoming Slavia. However, its absence in the recently launched Kushaq facelift means it will likely not make it to the Slavia either.
