Yamaha Motor India is offering discounts of up to Rs 10,000 on the Ray ZR Fi 125 scooter as a part of its 70th Foundation Day Celebrations. Prices for the Yamaha Ray ZR Fi 125 now start at Rs 79,340. The ex-showroom price of the scooter has been cut by Rs 7,000. The hybrid scooter is available in two models and three variants. This offer is valid till the end of August.

As a part of the discount package, Yamaha is offering a 10-year ‘Total Warranty’ offer. This warranty offer includes a 2-year standard warranty and an 8-year extended warranty covering critical engine and electrical components, including the Fuel Injection (Fi) system, for up to 1,00,000km.
Powering the Yamaha Ray ZR Fi Hybrid is a 125cc, air-cooled engine. This engine produces a maximum power output of 8.2hp at 6,500rpm and 10.3Nm of torque at 5,000rpm. The Smart Motor Generator (SMG) provides smoother and quieter starts on the hybrid scooter. The engine is compatible with E20 fuel. The telescopic front suspension on the scooter makes the ride much smoother.
The Yamaha Ray ZR Fi Hybrid features a side stand engine cut-off switch for added safety, an automatic stop-and-start system for improved mileage in traffic, and a fully digital instrument cluster with Y-Connect Bluetooth connectivity that keeps riders connected on their journey.
