Renault Duster, Kiger, Triber, and Kwid offered with discounts worth up to Rs 1.80 lakh

Renault India is offering big discounts on its entire lineup this month. The newly launched Renault Duster has received the biggest discount package, worth Rs 1.80 lakh. This is the first time that the midsize SUV has been made available with offers. Other Renault cars like Kiger, Triber, and Kwid have also received significant discounts. These discounts will expire on September 30.

Renault Duster

Maximum Discount: Rs 1.80 lakh

The Renault Duster has bagged a massive discount package this month, valued at Rs 1.80 lakh. This package includes cash offers worth Rs 30,000 and an exchange/scrappage bonus of Rs 50,000. Buyers who are upgrading from the old version of the Duster are eligible for loyalty benefits worth Rs 1 lakh. For other Renault car owners, these benefits are limited to Rs 10,000. Prices for the Duster start at Rs 10.49 lakh and go up to Rs 18.49 lakh. Its hybrid powertrain is about to launch in the coming weeks. The current 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine puts out 100hp and 160Nm.

Renault Kiger

Maximum Discount: Rs 85,000

The Kiger SUV gets Rs 85,000 this month. The package includes cash offers worth Rs 30,000, loyalty benefits of up to Rs 25,000, exchange/scrappage bonuses of Rs 25,000, and rural/corporate offers worth Rs 5,000. Prices for the SUV start at Rs 5.81 lakh and go up to Rs 10.40 lakh. It comes in 2 powertrain options. The 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder, naturally aspirated petrol engine that puts out 72hp and 96Nm. Meanwhile, the 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine generates a maximum power output of 100hp and 160Nm of torque.

Renault Triber

Maximum Discount: Rs 50,000

The Triber MPV gets Rs 50,000 shaved off its asking price this month. The offer package includes a cash discount of Rs 20,000, exchange/scrappage bonuses of 25,000, and a corporate/rural discount of Rs 5,000. Prices for the MPV start at Rs 5.81 lakh and go up to Rs 8.53 lakh. It is set to get a turbo-petrol powertrain later this month. Currently, the Triber is powered by the same 1L NA petrol engine found on the Kiger.

Renault Kwid

Maximum Discount: Rs 40,000

The Kwid hatchback gets discounts worth up to Rs 40,000 this month. These include cash offers worth Rs 15,000 and a scrappage bonus of Rs 25,000. Prices for the hatchback start at Rs 4.53 lakh and go up to Rs 5.61 lakh. It was facelifted back in July and is powered by a 68hp, 92.5Nm-producing 1.0-litre petrol engine.

Final Thoughts

As mentioned earlier, these discounts will expire on September 30. Buyers can avail of the discounts and offers at official Renault dealerships. Renault will also introduce the strong-hybrid variant of the Duster in the festive season. The upcoming model has already sold out in India.
