Volkswagen Taigun, Virtus, and Tiguan offered with year-end discounts worth up to Rs 2 lakh

Volkswagen India is offering attractive discounts on 3 of its bestselling cars in the country. The Volkswagen Taigun, Virtus, and Tiguan are available with discounts of up to Rs 2 lakh this month. These discounts come in the form of cash offers, exchange/scrappage bonuses, and loyalty benefits. Since this is a year-end deal, these discounts will expire at the end of the month.

Volkswagen Taigun

Maximum Discount: Rs 2 lakh

The 1.0L TSI engine variants of the Volkswagen Taigun are available with discounts worth up to Rs 2 lakh. This includes a cash offer worth Rs 1.50 lakh. The 1.5L TSI variants get Rs 50,000 off. The MY2023 units of the Volkswagen Taigun are available with offers worth Rs 50,000, while the models with 2 airbags as standard get an additional discount of Rs 40,000.

The 1.5-litre TSI engine on the Volkswagen Taigun produces a maximum power of 150hp and 250Nm of torque. Meanwhile, the 1.0-litre TSI engine produces a maximum power of 115hp and 178Nm of torque.

Volkswagen Virtus

Maximum Discount: Rs 1.50 lakh

The 1.0L TSI engine variants of the Virtus sedan are available with a discount worth Rs 1.50 lakh. This includes cash offers worth Rs 1 lakh. The 1.5L TSI engine variants are available with exchange bonuses and loyalty benefits worth up to Rs 50,000. MY2023 units of the sedan are also available with a Rs 50,000 discount, while the 2 airbag models get an additional discount worth Rs 40,000.

Volkswagen Tiguan

Maximum Discount: Rs 4.90 lakh

The MY2024 units of the Tiguan SUV are available with a discount worth Rs 2 lakh. On top of this, the MY2023 units get an exchange bonus worth Rs 1.50 lakh, a scrappage bonus of Rs 20,000, loyalty benefits worth Rs 50,000, and a complementary 4-year service package worth Rs 90,000. The value of these discounts amounts to Rs 4.90 lakh. The Tiguan is powered by a 2.0-litre TSI petrol engine that generates a maximum power output of 190hp and 320Nm of torque.
