Skoda India has announced fresh price hikes for three of its most popular offerings in India – Slavia, Kushaq, and Kylaq. Skoda Slavia has received the biggest price hike out of the three cars, with its Monte Carlo variant getting Rs 34,000 dearer. Meanwhile, the increments for the Kushaq SUV are in the range of Rs 5,000 – Rs 7,000, the lowest out of the three cars.

Skoda Slavia comes in 2 engine options. The 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbo petrol engine produces a maximum power of 115hp and 175Nm peak torque. The 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine produces a maximum power output of 150hp and 250Nm peak torque. Transmission options include a six-speed manual and a 7-speed DCT automatic gearbox.

The Kushaq SUV shares its powertrain with the Slavia sedan. In terms of features, it packs a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, an 8-inch digital instrument cluster, ventilated front seats, rear fog lamps, rain-sensing wipers, auto-dimming IVRM, and a sunroof.

The Kylaq is powered by the 1.0-litre TSI engine that does duty on the Kushaq and Slavia. The compact SUV packs a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system and an 8-inch digital instrument cluster. The infotainment runs Skoda’s new proprietary OS. Other features include six-way electric seats with ventilation, cruise control, steering-mounted paddle shifters, an electric sunroof, and more. The SUV was awarded 5 stars by Bharat NCAP for its safety features.

Skoda currently has the facelifted versions of the Slavia and Kushaq in the works. Both cars have been spotted testing in India on multiple occasions. They are expected to launch in the third quarter of 2026. The facelifted models will demand a small premium.
