Nissan Gravite is underpinned by the same CMF-A+ platform as the Triber. It separates itself from its Renault counterpart with a slew of cosmetic changes. The look of the LED headlamps, DRLs, and tail lamps is in line with Nissan’s global design language. The front and rear bumpers have C-shaped inserts. The bonnet and tailgate have the ‘GRAVITE’ lettering. The MPV is available in 5 exterior paint shades – Snow White, Onyx Black, Blade Silver, Metallic Grey, and Forest Green. The special ‘Launch Edition’ model, limited to 1,001 units, comes with orange accents on the C-shaped insets and white tyre pattern decals on the sides.

The Nissan Gravite has a seating capacity of 7 people. Its 84-litre boot space can be expanded to 625 litres after removing the third row seats. The MPV gets an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and a 7-inch digital instrument cluster. Other features include wireless charging, cooled glovebox and centre storage, 3-row AC vents, rain-sensing wipers, auto LED headlamps with follow-me-home function, and more. The Launch Edition adds features like dual dashcam, JBL sound system, ambient lighting, air purifier, neck and lumbar cushions, and more.

On the safety front, the Gravite MPV gets 6 airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Traction Control System (TCS), Hill-Start Assist (HSA), Brake Assist System (BAS), ABS with EBD, and seat belt reminder for all occupants as standard features.

Powering the Gravite is a 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine – same as the Triber MPV. This engine generates a maximum power output of 71hp and 96Nm of torque. It can be mated to a 5-speed manual or EZ-shift (AMT) gearbox. The manual variants offer a mileage of 19.3km/l, while the AMT variants offer 19.6km/l.

Mr Saurabh Vatsa, Managing Director, Nissan Motor India, said, “The All-New Nissan GRAVITE is inspired by the diversity, scale and ambition of Indian families. Every detail — from its modular seating to its commanding stance — reflects how Indian customers live, travel and grow together. For us, GRAVITE is more than a product introduction. It is a promise — that Nissan will continue to design, manufacture and invest in vehicles that truly resonate with India’s mobility aspirations.”
