Maruti Suzuki has increased the value of monthly discounts for two of its offerings – Jimny and Fronx. Earlier this month, the automaker had announced discounts of up to Rs 2.50 lakh for the Jimny. The lifestyle SUV is now available with a discount package worth up to Rs 3.30 lakh. Discounts for the Fronx SUV have been increased by Rs 10,500. These discounts will expire at the end of the month.

The top-spec Alpha trim of Maruti Suzuki Jimny is available with a cash offer of Rs 1.80 lakh along with an additional discount worth up to Rs 1.50 lakh for buyers using Maruti Suzuki Smart Finance (MSSF). The Zeta variant is available with a discount package worth Rs 2.75 lakh (with MSSF), an increase of Rs 75,000.
Maruti Suzuki Jimny is powered by the K15B petrol engine. This engine produces a maximum power output of 102hp and 130Nm peak torque. This engine can be paired with a 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic transmission. It also receives Suzuki’s All Grip Pro AWD with low-range transfer gear (4L mode). The Maruti Suzuki Jimny offers a mileage of 16.94 kmpl on the manual variants and 16.39 kmpl on the automatic variants.

The Fronx SUV is now available with discounts worth up to Rs 85,000. This includes a cash offer worth Rs 32,500 (down by Rs 2,500), an exchange bonus of Rs 10,000 (unchanged), and a Velocity Edition kit priced at Rs 43,000 (previously priced at Rs 30,000).
The Fronx is available in two powertrain options. The 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine can produce a maximum power output of 100hp and 147Nm of torque. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual gearbox or a 6-speed torque converter automatic. Also on offer is the 1.2-litre K Series naturally aspirated petrol engine that can produce a maximum power output of 90hp and 113Nm peak torque. This engine can also be mated to a 5-speed manual or automatic gearbox.

As mentioned earlier, these discounts will be made available throughout the month of July. Discounts may vary depending on the variant and the region. The corporate discounts on offer are available for Maruti’s approved list of corporates and public sector undertakings.
