The ‘Tri Beam’ setup for the LED headlamps comprises dual and side projectors.

The profile of the Majestor exudes a muscular look. It gets thick body cladding, a prominent shoulder line, side steps, and 19-inch dual-tone alloy wheels. The bold stance adds to the intimidating look of the SUV. At the back, the LED tail lamps are connected by a sleek light bar. The tailgate has the ‘MAJESTOR’ lettering studded on it.

The MG Majestor comes in 7-seat and 6-seat layouts. The latter is available with the Savvy 4×2 variant. It gets captain seats instead of a bench seat for the middle row. The interior has a ‘Smoked Ebony’ colour theme. The seats have imitation leather upholstery. The 12-way powered front seat is equipped with a memory function. The boot has a capacity of 343l. When the third row seats are collapsed, the capacity increases to 1,350l.

In terms of features, the Majesor gets a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system and an equally large digital driver’s display. There’s support for wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Other features include a 12-speaker JBL audio system, a tri-zone automatic climate control system, AC vents for the third row, a twin-pane panoramic sunroof, 64-colour ambient lighting, a 220V power outlet, dual wireless charging pads, and more. The iSmart 2.0 suite comprises over 75 connected features, including anti-theft immobilisation, Valet mode, Quiet mode, live location sharing and tracking, digital key, and more.

Safety features on the MG Majestor include 6 airbags (front, side, and curtain), Electronic Stability Program (ESP), Traction Control System (TCS), Roll Movement Intervention (RMI), Hill Hold Control (HHC), Hill Assist Control (HAC), ABD with EBD, Brake Assist, TPMS, and more. The Level 2 ADAS suite comprises features like Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Forward Collision Warning (FCW), Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Blind Spot Detection (BSD), Lane Change/Keep Assist (LCA, LKA), and more.

Under the hood, the MG Majestor is powered by a 2.0-litre twin-turbo diesel engine. It generates a maximum power output of 289hp and 478Nm torque. The engine is mated to an 8-speed torque-converter automatic gearbox. The fuel tank has a 75l capacity. There are 4×2 and 4×2 variants on offer.
