Mahindra Auto has updated the Z8 trims of the Scorpio N SUV with new premium features. These trims will now come with ventilated seats, auto-dimming IVRM, and a wireless charger with active cooling. The automaker has also added a new Midnight Black colour option for the three trims. The price of the SUV remains the same.

The Z8 and Z8 Select variants of Mahindra Scorpio N get a wireless charger and a high-gloss centre console. Meanwhile, the top-spec Z8 L variant gets ventilated seats and auto-dimming IVRM on top of the wireless charger (with active cooling) and a high-gloss centre console.
Other features on the top-spec Mahindra Scorpio N include an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, Sony 3D immersive audio, 12-speakers with dual channel sub-woofer, leather-wrapped steering and gear lever, a rear parking camera, a push start button, passive keyless entry, built-in Alexa, and more. Safety features include 6 airbags, driver drowsiness detection, an advanced seat restraint system, a collapsible steering system, an anti-lock braking system, a Penta-link rear suspension, and more.
The Mahindra Scorpio N is available in two powertrain options – a 2.0L turbocharged petrol engine and a 2.2L diesel engine. The petrol engine generates a maximum power output of 167hp while the diesel engine puts out 152hp. The SUV features intelligent 4Xplore terrain management technology, offering 4 modes – Tarmac, Snow, Mud and Desert, with the touch of a button.

Prices for the Mahindra Scorpio N start at Rs 13.85 lakh and go up to Rs 24.54 lakh. Mahindra has not hiked the prices for the updated variants. The Z8 Select variant is priced at Rs 17.10 lakh while the Z8 and Z8 L variants start at Rs 18.74 lakh and Rs 20.37 lakh respectively. The SUV rivals the likes of Tata Safari, MG Hector, Jeep Compass, Hyundai Creta, and Kia Seltos.
