Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has added 3 new variants to the all-electric Creta. The top-spec Excellence variant of the Hyundai Creta Electric is now available with a 42kWh battery pack. The new variants include new trim levels – Executive Tech and Executive (O). The driving range of the EV has received a significant boost as well. As a result, prices of the existing trims have been hiked.

The home charger demands a premium of Rs 73,000.
All variants of the Creta Electric are now available with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The Excellence trim has been updated with a dashcam and a rear wireless charger. New features on the Premium trim include an 8-way powered driver’s seat, ventilated front seats, and vegan upholstery. The new Executive Tech variant offers features like a voice-enabled smart panoramic sunroof, vegan leather seats, front row ventilated seats, wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay, and a rear window sunshade. The electric SUV is available in 2 new paint shades: Matte Black and Shadow Grey.
The driving range of the 42kWh battery pack has been improved from 390km to 420km. Meanwhile, the 51.4kWh pack gets a 37km boost, as it now offers a 510km range on a full charge. The motor output specs remain unchanged. The single electric motor generates 135hp on the 42kWh variants and 171hp on the 51.4kWh variants.

Hyundai has also launched a Knight Edition for the Creta Electric. This all-black special edition model is available on the top-spec Excellence variants. Its prices start at Rs 21.45 lakh and go up to Rs 24.54 lakh.
